Robert Encila, Master Teacher

Robert Encila has performed internationally as a singer, actor, musician, and dancer, and is a proud member of the Actor’s Equity Association. An eighteen-year veteran in theatre education, he believes in allowing the actor to find their authentic voice and use it to create a multi-dimensional character that resonates with the audience.
As an actor’s director, Robert encourages his students to experiment with roles and make decisions about character, skillfully guiding them toward a creative and genuine representation that is all their own. His passion about his craft translates into an engaging and personalized educational experience that brings a group of unique individuals together to form a team and produce a fantastic show.
